Each room is inspired by one of Stendhal's novels, one of his characters, a place that was dear to him or someone close to him. A watercolour by Jean Aubertin and an extract from a novel or correspondence complete the personalisation of your Nancy pied-à-terre.
On arrival: courtesy platter, carafe of water, book on your bedside table, notepad, pen and, of course, little Stendhalian literary surprises...

High up on the top floor of the Hôtel Littéraire Stendhal, the Suite des Archanges (Archangels’ Suite), which shares a wall with the cathedral, is dedicated to La Sanseverina, the iconic character from La Chartreuse de Parme. With its ancient wall sculptures hovering above, this suite is an ode to elegance and mystery.
